Yin yoga is meant to expand flexibility, releasing blockages and increasing your energy flow. Poses are held for several minutes. Focus is on static movement, breath work and meditation.
Yoga Sleep. Relax the mind by relieving stress and anxiety. Helps relieve muscular, emotional and mental tension.
